8 Steps To Overcome Your Anxietyâ„¢ is a series of steps which are intended to tackle anxiety in each area of your life. These steps include:

   1. Set priorities and rebuild the relationship with yourself

A strong relationship with yourself is the foundation of a good life. In this module, we explore how you feel about yourself, what your priorities are and what stops you from being your own best friend. I teach you the powerful tools of self compassion which will help you to accept, embrace, and love who you really are as well as to manage your negative thoughts about yourself. From now on, you will start to treat yourself as your biggest ally.

   2. Tap to the healing potential of breath and meditation

Many people who experience anxiety have physical symptoms such as tightness in their chest or difficulty breathing. The first part of this module will focus on your breath, which will later become a cornerstone of your meditation practice. Say goodbye to the tightness in your chest and wandering mind. With two simple tools, your life will start changing one breath at a time!

   3. Introduce physical activity

In this step, we focus on the relationship between regular physical activity and our ability to manage anxiety. As an action step, you received a personalized physical activity plan that will help you stabilize your mood.

   4. Improve your sleep
Anxiety and sleeping difficulties go hand-in-hand. In addition, chronic exhaustion worsens anxiety. In this module, I'll show you the way out of this vicious cycle. You will learn various ways to improve your sleep by focusing on sleep hygiene.

   5. Setting boundaries 

Do you feel exhausted around certain people? Or maybe you feel like others are intruding into your life? This step will uncover how to create boundaries that will protect your peace of mind, and foster healthier relationships. As a bonus we’ll go though ways to recognize toxicity in our relationships.

   6. Build your support system

As we go through our healing journey, it is important to remember that we are not alone. Community can play a critical role in healing. Here we will learn to speak to our loved ones about anxiety, our needs, various ways they can help us, and areas we can manage on our own.

   7. Use the healing potential of food
When it comes to fighting anxiety, food plays a huge role, which is often overlooked. So this step is divided into 3 parts:


A. Damaging potential of processed foods.

Let’s uncover the biggest food foes of the anxious brain and use clever ways to crowd them out without feeling deprived or spending 3 hours in the kitchen each day.


B. Healing your brain and gut with a nutrient dense diet.

What should I be eating on a daily basis? You’ll get your answers here.


C. Uncover your eating tendencies.

Do you eat more under stress? Maybe stress in your life suppresses your appetite? Do you eat certain foods or drinks to feel better? Together we’ll answer these important questions and create a solution that works for you.

   8. Master self care

In this last step, we are going to utilize the knowledge from all the modules to come up with an individualized self-care plan that will help you thrive and respond to any crisis you might encounter. Life is not perfect, but we can be prepared for many curveballs it throws at us.
